Hellonext allows you to vote on behalf of a user to posts of your choice. Vote on behalf is helpful when someone is on call with you asking for a feature that already exists in your Hellonext organization.
I personally use vote on behalf when I am on a demo call, and the customer is requesting a feature that is already being tracked on Hellonext.
For you to vote on behalf of a user, you need the following details:
- Name → optional;
- Email → required;
In your Admin Dashboard, when you view a single post, you will find the option to vote on behalf of a user under the three dots button.
Once you click on Vote on behalf, just enter the email ID and/or name of the person for you to subscribe them automatically.
What happens when you vote on behalf of a user?
There are a couple of things that happens when you vote on behalf of a user:
- They receive email notifications about the status update of the post;
- They receive email notifications about the comments on the post;
- They receive email notification when the post is completed and is live on your product;
Vote on behalf of a user has significantly improved the way I work with my customers and triage their feedback. I hope Hellonext does the same for you as well.
