Plausible is simple analytics. Integrating your featureOS account with Plausible, you can check your site traffic and get all the essential insights on one page, in a minute.

Here’s how you can get started:

Navigate to Dashboard -> Organization Settings.

Toggle to Integrations -> scroll to Plausible Analytics.

Enter your plausible domain. Once done, you can visit your Plausible dashboard for insights on your site traffic!

Plausible Integration

Fathom Analytics is a simple website analytics software that show important metrics about your website traffic on the dashboard. With Fathom Analytics integrated, you can learn from the data and get back to important feedback on your featureOS portal.

Getting Started

Navigate to Dashboard → Organization Settings.

Toggle to Integrations → scroll to Fathom Analytics.

Enter your Fathom site ID. Here’s Fathom’s help article on how you can locate the Site ID.

Once done, you can visit your Fathom dashboard for insights on your site traffic!

Fathom Analytics Integration

featureOS’s integration with Segment helps you easily track the site traffic on your feedback portal. You can read patterns from the data, understand your customer/user’s usage pattern and delivery better resolution to them.

Getting started with a new Segment account

If this is your first time setting up a segment account you can navigate to https://app.segment.com/ sign up for an account and start by creating a new workspace.

Once the workspace is created you can proceed with adding a source for for pulling data from.

For our use case, you can choose the source as a Javascript website and click on Next where you can add the Website name and URL (of the feedback portal) → Click on Create Source.

You can now fetch the Segment ID and navigate to your featureOS Dashboard → Organization → Organization Settings → Integrations → Segment Analytics and paste the ID.

If you already have a segment workspace

You can simply choose a source and toggle to Settings to find the Write key.

Once you locate and copy the key, you can go to your featureOS Dashboard → Organization → Organization Settings → Integrations → Segment Analytics → paste the ID and click on Update.

You’re all set to track activities on your organization’s page! You can visit your Segment dashboard → Sources → choose a source and toggle to Debugger for insights on your site traffic!

Segment Integration

FullStory is an intuitive digital experience analytics platform that provides you with key qualitative and quantitative insights. You can simply set the featureOS domain on FullStory and provide the FullStory app ID to see your customers experience from within your FullStory account.

Getting Started

Navigate to Dashboard -> Organization Settings.

Toggle to Integrations -> scroll to Fullstory.

Login to your FullStory account and navigate to Settings > Data Capture and Privacy > Data capture > Capture data by domain > Add domain.

You can find your FullStory Org Id in Settings > Data Capture and Privacy > FullStory Setup embedded in the FullStory snippet.

Enter your FullStory app ID and click on Update.

Once done, you are all set to see insights on your FullStory dashboard and monitor them!

Fullstory Integration

Heap Analytics offers powerful insights into user behavior on your website. By integrating your featureOS organization with Heap, you can access valuable data like site traffic, monitor activities and improve user experience. 

Follow these simple steps to get started:

Navigate to Dashboard -> ⚙️ Settings over the left panel.

Toggle to Integrations -> scroll to Heap Analytics.

You find your Heap ID in your browser’s address bar. It’s the <id> part of https://heapanalytics.com/app/env/<id>/....

Copy your Heap App ID 

Enter your Heap Analytics app ID and click on Update. 

With the integration complete, you can now visit your Heap Analytics dashboard to start exploring insights into user behavior on your portal.

Heap Analytics Integration

Integrating featureOS with Google Analytics allows you to gain valuable insights into user behavior and track the impact of feedback on your website or application. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of integrating featureOS with Google Analytics.

Step 1: Obtain Google Analytics ID

Start by obtaining your unique Google Analytics ID. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in this help article.

Step 2: Configuration

Head to your featureOS Dashboard and go to the Organization section.

Navigate to Integrations and scroll down to find the Google Analytics option.

Paste your Google Analytics Tracking ID into the provided field.

Click on the 'Update' button to save the changes.

Step 3: Verify Integration

To ensure that the integration between featureOS and Google Analytics is working correctly, follow these steps:

Return to the featureOS dashboard.

Submit a post and wait a few seconds to allow Google Analytics to process the data.

Go to your Google Analytics account and access the Real-Time section.

Under the Events tab in Real-Time, you should see feedback submission events corresponding to the items you submitted through featureOS.
