Organizing posts with Tags

How to use tags to organize, filter and view posts within feedback boards.

Tags are a great way to organize posts on your Hellonext account. You can create as many tags as you would like to give context to a post that makes it easy for you to take a look at a later point in time.

We have seen so many managers like you use tags as post categories as well. Tags are created, managed and deleted by team members and administrators on Hellonext.

If you are a car manufacturer, the tags you could use are:

  • Spares
  • Tyres
  • Engine Bay Parts
  • Exterior Work
  • Tinkering

How to create a new tag

There are two ways in which you can create a tag:

Method 1 → from single post view

  1. Access your Admin Dashboard
  2. Click on any post from the list
  3. In the modal that opens up, you will find Tags option towards your right.
  4. In this dropdown, you can either create a tag that does not exist, or choose from the existing list.

Method 2 → from Tags page

This method is very straightforward:

  1. Access your Admin Dashboard
  2. Click on Posts → Tags from the sidebar
  3. Now, you will see the list of tags that you already created
  4. If you prefer adding a new tag, click on the Add tag button at the top
