Switching from Upvoty to featureOS
Switching from Upvoty to featureOS is super easy. The migration process from Upvoty to featureOS is designed to be seamless without any downtime during and after the migration.
CSV-based migration from Upvoty
Upvoty does not offer APIs to its customers. This sets us back in our effort to automate the export posts from Upvoty and import them into featureOS.
For you to be able to move from Upvoty to featureOS, you need to get a CSV export of the posts from each feedback board that you have with them.
Login into your Upvoty admin panel
Go to the board from which you would like to export the posts
Select the export option and download the CSV file
Share the CSV file with us, along with the name of the board, and the rest will be taken care of for you
Though this is not the ideal way we would prefer a migration to happen, the CSV data export is the best way possible to get your data migrated from Upvoty to featureOS.

Does featureOS support localization?
Yes. featureOS is designed to work with languages other than English (US). You can respond to your customers' queries in multiple languages, and keep your context relevant to the user.
Can you sync posts with Upvoty?
No. Upvoty does not have an API for us to be able to keep the data in-sync between featureOS and Upvoty.
I have thousands of posts on Upvoty. Can you migrate?
Yes. featureOS can handle the migration without any hiccups. As long as Upvoty works, we can do the migration for you.
How long does it take to migrate posts from Upvoty to featureOS?
Usually less than 24 hours, depending on the number of posts, votes, users, comments and more. Sometimes, this process could take longer since we do a sanity check after the migration is complete to make sure the data is valid.
Do you migrate changelog from Upvoty to featureOS?
Yes, along with the rich embeds.
Is there a discount when moving from Upvoty to featureOS?
No. We do not offer discounts.
Can I carry over my plan from Upvoty to featureOS?
No. Plan interoperability is not available for a migrating account.
