Sorting & filtering options on your portal
The featureOS portal offers a set of sorting & filtering options designed to enhance your customer experience. These options provide users with greater control and flexibility when navigating through the posts in the portal.
Sort Options
Top - Sorts posts from the most upvoted to the least upvoted (in descending order). This sorting mechanism is based solely on the upvote count and doesn't factor in downvotes. In cases where two posts have an equal number of upvotes, the post creation timestamp is employed as the tiebreaker for sorting.
Latest - Sorts posts from the newest to the oldest, showcasing the most recent submissions ahead of the earlier ones.
Filters
Status based filters - Enables you to filter posts according to their particular status (In Review, Planned, In Progress, Completed, Closed).
Voters by me - Filters and lists posts that have been voted on by the currently logged-in user.
