Managing email notification settings in your profile

Your featureOS profile settings is a dedicated space where you can manage you profile name, avatar and in addition, set up the events for which you would like to be notified about.

Events that trigger a notification

1. Team Members

  • New post submitted

  • Your post is approved in moderation

  • Status change in a post

  • You are subscribed to a post

  • When a vote is added on your behalf

  • You are mentioned in a comment

  • New comment in a posts

  • Your comment is approved in moderation

2. Customers

  • Your post is approved in moderation

  • Status change - Posts you submitted

  • When a post is submitted on your behalf

  • You are subscribed to a post

  • When a vote is added on your behalf

  • You are mentioned in a comment

  • New comment in a post you submitted

  • Your comment is approved in moderation

Getting started

  • Visit portal.featureos.app to sign into your featureOS account, head to your avatar on the top right corner → My Profile.

  • Click to Profile Settings where you can configure your Email Notifications for posts and comments.

    If the organization you are a part of has Advanced Email Notifications setup where the Admin has enforced a particular event for you to be notified about, you will not be able to enable/disable the toggle.

    Additionally, with the Advanced Email Notifications setup enabled you can configure the notification events specific to each board and the tags, in your profile.
