How to star a customer

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you need a quick way to bookmark important customers on your organization's Dashboard?

Whether it's distinguishing a valuable post contributor like John Doe from a silent observer, stars can be your solution!

Getting Started

1. Head over to the featureOS Dashboard.

2. Choose Insights → You'll find a section labeled All Customers in the left panel. This section comprehensively lists every customer associated with your organization.

3. To mark a customer, simply click on the star icon adjacent to their details.

   

   Administrators within your team cannot be starred.
