Embed boards with SSO

Single Sign-on (SSO) is the easiest way to create a seamless user experience when your customers are moving between apps. When a user is signed-in into your product, and when they want to give you feedback on featureOS, they can easily access the featureOS portal without having to login again.

Getting started

1. From your Admin Dashboard, choose Boards from the sidebar.

2. Click on the board you wish to embed.

3. Toggle to the Embeds tab.

4. You will find the Embed Board section in this page.

5. Scroll down to the Embed with SSO section

6. Click on the Copy button to copy the code.

7. Paste the embed code in your website or product or forward it to your developer.

   

Points to note

• For public Board, users will be created if they do not exist in All Customers section.

• For private Board, we will not create users. We will only authenticate users added to the Board Members section.
