Cost of data migration
We spend significant time and money for every migration we do. We follow a very stringent migration process for every import, and we will stick to that to ensure a smoother transition with near-zero downtime for your feedback portal.
To make sure we provide the best service required, and to make sure you are at peace even when you have hundreds and thousands of data to be migration from Canny or other platforms to featureOS, we charge customers with large volumes of data.
Pricing
200 to 2000 posts: $100 per import
2000 to 5000 posts: Custom pricing
These are one-time import charges for per import.
What data we import?
We import posts using the CSV file you share along with metadata such as title, description, board, tags, up-voter details, comments and vote count.
